Body Solid FID46
The newly released FID46 features a solid 3inch round stock steel frame and a 9-position seat and back pads that are 2¾inch thick, ensuring stability and comfort for all types of barbell and dumbbell exercises. Perfect for use in Power Racks, Smith Machines, and the strongest leverage gym system on the market. In addition to its numerous upper body exercises, the FID46 also includes a leg developer for a targeted lower body workout. The leg extension can be performed with full 90 degree seat back support, while lying leg curls can be done from a traditional arched prone position. Please note, this product is only compatible with Olympic style plates and weight plates and collars are optional.
