ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

USA Sports Outlet accepts all Major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Availability can vary by product and device.

Do you offer financing or pay-over-time?

Yes. Eligible customers may see Shop Pay Installments or similar options at checkout. Terms and eligibility appear during checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order moves to fulfillment or ships, changes may not be possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

Many items ship free within the continental U.S. Oversized or freight items may include a delivery surcharge. Exact costs appear on product pages and at checkout.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order or backordered items follow the timelines specified on their product pages or as indicated by vendor availability.

Tracking is sent as soon as it's shipped.

What is freight delivery and do I need to be home?

Large/heavy items may ship via freight. The carrier will schedule delivery. Curbside delivery is standard; however, in most cases someone needs to be present to sign.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Inspect packages at delivery, note any damage on the carrier paperwork, take photos, and contact us within 24–48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Once signed, and nothing was noted on the carrier paperwork, the damages fall on the customer. Make sure to inspect delivery!

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

Do products require assembly?

Some equipment ships fully assembled; others require basic tools and assembly. Check the product page for what’s included and estimated setup time.

Do you offer installation or setup services?

We provide guidance and resources, and some brands offer white-glove or assembly services in select areas. Contact us with your ZIP code and product name to check availability.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Most new, unused items are returnable within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Certain items (custom, used, final sale) are not returnable.

How long do refunds take?

After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method—typically within 3–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees per our policy.

What should we do if we need to return an item?

Contact us immediately at info@usasportsoutlet.com and include as much detail as you can. Someone will get back to you right away.

PRICE MATCH & PROMOTIONS

Do you offer a price match?

If you find the same item from an authorized U.S. retailer with the same terms (condition, shipping, taxes), we will match or beat the price! Contact us for review.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount or promotion can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

BULK & COMMERCIAL

Do you offer bulk or commercial quotes?

Yes! USA Sports Outlet, in fact, does mostly bulk and commercial quotes as we offer special pricing.

Gyms, schools, teams, and facilities can request custom quotes and lead times. Include product list, quantities, and delivery ZIP on /pages/contact-us.

Do you accept school or government purchase orders?

We can support POs for approved organizations. Contact us to get set up.
