Expand the capabilities of your Powerline by Body-Solid Smith Machine with the PLA144X Lat Attachment. Experience smooth and consistent resistance with the high and low pulleys for a variety of exercises, including lat pulldowns, triceps pressdowns, cable crossovers, and seated rows. This attachment is compatible with the Powerline PSM144X Smith Machine and can be used for both high and low pulley exercises. For added options, consider adding the PPA13X Pec Attachment (requires PLA144X) and using either plates or the 150lb. selectorized weight stack (sold separately). Please note that the standard size 1" Plate Post is designed for use with the PSM144X Smith Machine (sold separately).
